High Knob Triple Crown

The Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run is is the first event in the High Knob Triple Crown running series.

 

The  eighth annual 7.5-mile trail race will take place Saturday, May 17, 2025.

​

The race travels primarily single-track trails in the Flag Rock Area Trails system in the City of Norton's Flag Rock Recreation Area.
