The 2026 High Knob Triple Crown is a running series featuring three races on High Knob, the highest point in the Cumberland Mountains: Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run, Mountain Fork Half Marathon, and the High Knob Hellbender 10K.
Registration for all events is open for 2026.
